I would like to take this opportunity to write this letter about Jerry Fite and his company Empire Fence.  My company has had the pleasure of working with Jerry for many years now.  He has always provided such great customer service to us from the moment we ask him for a bid until his work is completed.  We have never had a single complaint or incident involving Empire Fence and their outstanding work.
In today's world when we often see companies trying to cut corners in every way but providing you with less quality work, it is refreshing to work with someone such as Jerry and his company.  Too often we take the time to tell others what a bad job someone did or how hard a company is to deal with but we don't take the time to tell others when a job is done well.  With Jerry always doing such good work for us, it has come to be expected.  I just want to say that I have become o complacent in the fact he does great work that I haven’t taken the time often enough to tell him or his company that he is one of the most outstanding companies I have ever worked with.  I sincerely hope that our companies are able to work together for years to come.
